Website Rental and Marketing Plans
The first month, we’ll build you a WordPress website using our theme design. We’ll host the website and do quarterly plugin updates. Monthly marketing services include content writing, social media posting, and link building according to the level included in your package
Plans may be changed with some exceptions. For instance, if dropping from a Premier Plan to Business or Basic there may be a 30 delay while the features are evaluated. This may result in a fee to adjust the plans. In the end, we will do what is right for you and we need to respect any changes that could potentially bypass a setup fee.
Yes. We do not currently offer domain name services. Your team will still be responsible for renewing the fees on your domain name to keep your URL active.
Please fill out a support ticket with the changes you would like made on your website. Our team does provide WordPress training along with each website, so your team will be taught how to make changes to text and images on your own when your website launches as well.
Hosting is included as a part of your monthly fee. If you want our team to continue to work on your site but move hosting away, please contact us to discuss how to implement this change.
Payment Questions
You can login to your account via the “Login” link at the top right of any page to make changes to your account such as your payment information.
We do not have a set contract length. You are renting the website and getting our services for as long as you pay the monthly subscription fee.
All services require 30 days notice to cancel. You need to pay any outstanding charges before you can cancel your account. This will suspend your website.
If you cancel your account, a buy out option may be available to keep your website live and move it to another service. Please Contact us to discuss these options.
With our three packages, we have options for every business type. This may result in an additional start-up cost. Basic and Business have a $400 and $200 setup cost respectively. The Premier Package has NO setup fees while offering the most benefits. See more about our Package options here.
Beginning Your Project
Within the first week of your purchase, you will need to send our team your company logo, primary and secondary color choices, content and imagery you want on the website. We’ll also need some technical details for launching your website, such as your domain hosting login and DNS information. For the marketing piece, we’ll need your Social media logins for the accounts you’ve paid us to manage.

We will setup your website for you, and add your content and photos during the first month. If you are not ready to launch, we will provide you with the login to your new website so you can continue to make updates or changes, and begin marketing efforts. Once you are ready to launch your website, let our team know and we’ll schedule a time to launch your website.
Our team will setup six pages of content on your website for you in the first month: your Homepage, Contact page, and four other pages such as About, Testimonials, Team Bios, Service pages, etc. We will train your team how to use WordPress and add additional pages and content on your own.
As part of your ongoing marketing package, our team will write 1-3 new content pages per month for you (based on your subscription level).
We can develop your website with text as your logo, or we recommend purchasing one from site such as 99designs.com.
Let us know, and we can pull two coordinating colors from your logo. If you do not have a brand logo, we can choose two coordinating colors based on the imagery that you send us to add into the website.
Marketing Your Website
Our team will post content to your social media accounts once a week. This will include the content that we write for your company on a monthly basis and promoting content that is currently on your site. We also encourage your team to post pictures of your work, staff celebrations, awards, etc.
At the start of each quarter, our team will pull together a list of content ideas that we can write for your team relating to your industry. We’ll send them your way for approval and to help us prioritize the work. If you have content ideas you’d like us to write, you can add them to the list at the beginning of the quarter.
Technical Details
Yes. You will need to provide our team with login to your domain name services so that we can launch the website for you. Our team will handle the work of changing the DNS and A records to launch your website.
We don’t offer domain registration services ourselves. We recommend you go to a well-trusted domain name service such as GoDaddy.com to find and register the domain that’s right for you.
We provide 10 gb of website data storage, a daily web storage and database backup, and quarterly updates to the WordPress core code and plugins.
We’re sorry, but our WordPress website packages do not include email hosting services. Many of our clients find G Suite Corporate Accounts beneficial and easy to setup on their own.
